Ingredients

Pretty in Pink Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt, or yogurt of choice
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • optional: 2 tsp dragon fruit powder
  • optional: protein powder of choice

Berry Blue & Banana Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1  handful steamed then frozen zucchini chunks
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • optional: protein powder of choice

Pina Colada Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 handful steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • optional: protein powder of choice

Citrus Glow Smoothie

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 fresh orange
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup carrot juice
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • optional: 1 tsp ground maca
  • optional: protein powder of choice

Morning Greens Smoothie

  • 1 large handful fresh spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 1/4 cup frozen avocado
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 2 dates (adjust to desired sweetness)
  • optional: 1 tsp spirulina
  • optional: protein powder of choice

Instructions

Blend all smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth. Adjust the amount of liquid to reach desired smoothie consistency. Depending on your blender, you may need to add more liquid than listed.
